GOOGLE CERTIFICATIONS
Unity Educational Intervention Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit workforce development training provider committed to advancing equitable access to education and employment for undeserved adult populations. The Academy is fully aligned with the mission and performance objectives of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), serving individuals ages 18 and older who face significant barriers to employment, including persons experiencing homelessness, justice-involved individuals, low-income adults, foster youth, and other economically or academically disadvantaged populations.
Unity Educational Intervention Academy delivers Google Career Certificate programs alongside integrated GED preparation and remedial skills development designed to strengthen foundational literacy, numeracy, and digital competencies. Instruction is structured to support measurable skill gains, credential attainment, and successful transition into employment.
The Academy provides comprehensive workforce training that includes academic support, individualized tutoring, job readiness instruction, and career placement assistance. Wraparound support services are incorporated to address barriers to persistence and completion, ensuring participants are equipped not only with industry-recognized credentials but also with the professional skills necessary for long-term workforce success.
One-on-One Academic Coaching
Students receive individualized support from experienced academic coaches who focus on learning goals, skill-building, and progress. Each student is matched with a coach and receives up to 10 hours of one-on-one coaching per month.
FLEXIBLE ONLINE LEARNING
Unity Intervention Educational Academy offers 100% online, self-paced learning options that allow learners to balance education with work, family, and personal responsibilities. Learners set their own schedules while progressing through structured coursework, supported by individualized tutoring and academic guidance.
